Antibacterial surfaces must:
- Inhibit the capacity of bacteria to multiply on the surface (bacteriostatic effect).
- Or eliminate them (bactericidal effect).
Also:
- They contribute to creating cleaner spaces and a healthier life.
- They improve the quality of indoors.
- They prevent the insurgence of infectious agents.
Anyway, an antibacterial surface does not replace regular cleaning, which must always be managed periodically.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
Panels generally require no particular maintenance; for cleaning, it suffices to swipe the panels with a dry cloth or vacuum cleaner.
Avoid the use of water and aggressive detergents, as they tend to deteriorate the surface of the panels and may cause the MDF support to swell. Stains may be removed with a slightly wet, well wrung cloth and neutral detergent. It is recommended to clean as soon as possible any liquid spills, especially if it is wine or coffee.
For the disinfection of these surfaces use bleach diluted in water according to the manufacturer's instructions, 70 ° alcohol, or disinfectant soap for domestic use, always following the indications of the manufacturer.
Never use steel sponges.
Do not use abrasive cleaning products or highly acidic or alkaline substances.
Do not use paint thinners.
It is essential to dry the surfaces with a clean and dry cloth after cleaning or disinfection.
